Guide for your 2025 reservation

INFORMATION

• Prices are per person (pp) according to the package.
• To obtain a group price, participants must use the same accommodation unit and the same date of stay.
• To see all the contents of the apartment units click here.
• If your group is less than 4 people, eg: 3 people the price will be that of 4 people divided by 3 participants, and the same formula will apply if you do not complete the number of places reserved.
• Each of your participants must complete the registration form (even if you are a couple).
• If you book for the assisted course, you must complete the question asking for your average speed for group formation.
• Your bike must have undergone a full service before your stay.
  MOTORHOME INFORMATION: If you own a motorhome, email us to make arrangements. You will need to purchase a package. You will be able to purchase a package that fits a motorhome and save on the package. Contact Us
• YOUR CHECK-IN TIME on the Saturday of your stay is 5pm . You cannot take possession of your unit before, due to the large number of rooms to be cleaned. PLEASE: do not arrive with your groceries before 5pm!
  YOUR DEPARTURE must be no later than 10am the following Saturday.
• PRICE INCLUDES Accomodations. Coordination, GPS Maps, Socials, Course Leader, Massautten Amenities.
• PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE MEALS. Meals are prepared collaboratively opr individually in your fully stocked kitchen as part of your lodging. There are many restaurants withing a short drive from the resort.

Assistant to help you complete your reservation

[1] On the home page, choose one of the 4 packages

[2] Click on the photo of the package of your choice.

[3] Choose the 7-day or 10-day package

[4] The page of the chosen package opens, choose the week in the tab (number of days and date)

[5] Then click on settings, to choose your stay

[6] Then choose the number of people if you are alone leave 1
If you are a couple or paying for one person click to get 2
Once the number of people has been chosen

[7] Then click add to cart
A rectangle will appear to confirm your order
To in your cart at the top of the page and click View Cart

 

[8] Validate your order
Enter your promo code if you have one.

[9] Then fill out the form
If you have a partner, fill in their information.
If you have a specific request, please write it down in your notes.

[10] And click on order (credit card)
When the transaction is complete, you will receive a confirmation from WordPress for Bike Rides that your order and payment have been received.

[11] Interac Payment
If you arrive early at the Resort on the Saturday of the start of your package, go to the concierge desk in the Woodstone Recreation Center building (see map below), and specify that you are with Michel Fournier or Cylcing Blue Ridge and the concierge will give you an activity card for the day which will allow you access to the swimming pool to change and take advantage of this moment to add a day of cycling.

 

BONUS FOR YOU (THE SATURDAY OF THE START OF YOUR PACKAGE)
If you arrive early at the Resort on the Saturday of the start of your package, go to the concierge desk in the Woodstone Recreation Center building (see map below), and specify that you are with Michel Fournier or Cylcing Blue Ridge and the concierge will give you an activity card for the day which will allow you access to the swimming pool to change and take advantage of this moment to add a day of cycling.
